We have 2 attics, main one and a small one, during first visit for estimating we all forgot about the small attic so the estimate didn't include the duct in the small attic. The day that they were doing the job the realized that part was not included in the estimate they did the work and didn't charge us for the extra material or labor. We truly appreciate it.
